Warranty Information

Western Woods, LLC warrants that wood blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This is limited that (1) the product was installed in a residential home (not commercial) and (2) the product was made and assembled with Western Woods material and components and (3) Western Woods recommendations for limitations and specifications were followed.

Some natural variations in color and grain as well as slight warpage are normal with a wood product and are not considered defects. In addition, some fading and or discoloration of the finish may occur over time. This is also common with man-made coatings and is not considered a defect.

The obligation of Western Woods is limited to repair or replacement of the blinds or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs. Repairs will be made with like similar parts.

This warranty doesn’t include any conditions or damages resulting from alterations, misuse, abuse or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement and installation. This warranty also doesn’t include any damage resulting from the removal of the blind and reinstallation in the same or another window. This warranty also doesn’t cover normal wear and tear on the product.

To obtain warranty service contact Western Woods, LLC at 605.996.1358. We will repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by original invoice, as well as details regarding the nature of the problem, etc.
